MATN4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MATN4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,236 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MATN4-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR7A2P, APLN, and RPL26P31. Each is linked with MATN4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MATN4-to-partner and partner-to-MATN4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR7A2P grouped by MATN4-low versus MATN4-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MATN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MATN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
