MATN3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MATN3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,747 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MATN3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMOC2, LMCD1, and MSRB3. Each is linked with MATN3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MATN3-to-partner and partner-to-MATN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MATN3 versus SMOC2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MATN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MATN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
