MATN3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MATN3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,874 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MATN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are LAMP5, COPZ2, and PLA2R1. Each is linked with MATN3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MATN3-to-partner and partner-to-MATN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MATN3 versus LAMP5 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MATN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MATN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
