Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MATN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,984 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MATN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL29P32, PEX26, and RPSAP35. Each is linked with MATN2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MATN2-to-partner and partner-to-MATN2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL29P32 grouped by MATN2-low versus MATN2-high in READ.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MATN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MATN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
