MATN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MATN1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MATN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are p70-S6K, Cyclin-B1, and ERK2. Each is linked with MATN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MATN1-to-partner and partner-to-MATN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p70-S6K grouped by MATN1-low versus MATN1-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MATN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MATN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
