MATK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MATK RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,137 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MATK-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DOK2, EPB41L3, and PLEKHO2. Each is linked with MATK in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MATK-to-partner and partner-to-MATK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MATK versus DOK2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MATK→partner) and Y-score (partner→MATK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
