MATK

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MATK protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,329 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MATK-associated genes across cancer lineages are METRNL, MIR1827, and HSPB1. Each is linked with MATK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MATK-to-partner and partner-to-MATK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MATK versus METRNL in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MATK→partner) and Y-score (partner→MATK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
