MATK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MATK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MATK-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRRC74A, PRAMEF25, and PCDH11Y. Each is linked with MATK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MATK-to-partner and partner-to-MATK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LRRC74A grouped by MATK-low versus MATK-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MATK→partner) and Y-score (partner→MATK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
