MAT1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAT1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,186 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAT1A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP1R13L, RALA, and RALGAPA2. Each is linked with MAT1A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAT1A-to-partner and partner-to-MAT1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAT1A versus PPP1R13L in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAT1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAT1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
