Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAT1A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,270 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAT1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLC1, LRRC8A, and PAXX. Each is linked with MAT1A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAT1A-to-partner and partner-to-MAT1A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAT1A versus KLC1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.28.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAT1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAT1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
