Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAT1A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAT1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, C-Raf, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with MAT1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAT1A-to-partner and partner-to-MAT1A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by MAT1A-low versus MAT1A-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAT1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAT1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
