Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAST4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,615 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAST4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAST4_S1779, MAST4_S1860, and MAST4_S1947. Each is linked with MAST4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAST4-to-partner and partner-to-MAST4 results are reported.
