Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAST4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,068 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAST4-associated genes across cancer lineages are AURKA, MAST4-AS1, and ORC6. Each is linked with MAST4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAST4-to-partner and partner-to-MAST4 results are reported.
