Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAST4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 73 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAST4-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, ASNS, and ATM. Each is linked with MAST4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAST4-to-partner and partner-to-MAST4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by MAST4-low versus MAST4-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAST4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAST4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
