Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAST4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,302 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAST4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACBD5, TOMM20L, and MIOX. Each is linked with MAST4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAST4-to-partner and partner-to-MAST4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACBD5 grouped by MAST4-low versus MAST4-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAST4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAST4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
