MAST3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAST3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,575 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAST3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are INPP4A, TMED9, and MVD. Each is linked with MAST3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAST3-to-partner and partner-to-MAST3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAST3 versus INPP4A in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAST3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAST3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
