Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAST3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,159 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAST3-associated genes across cancer lineages are P2RX1, DCST1-AS1, and CRTAM. Each is linked with MAST3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAST3-to-partner and partner-to-MAST3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAST3 versus P2RX1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAST3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAST3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
