Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAST3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,960 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAST3-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGFBP7, CXCL9, and CD7. Each is linked with MAST3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAST3-to-partner and partner-to-MAST3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGFBP7 grouped by MAST3-low versus MAST3-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAST3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAST3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
