Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAST3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,227 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAST3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of T-helper 17 cell lineage commitment, Positive regulation of cell fate commitment, and Positive regulation of intracellular estrogen receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with MAST3 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAST3-to-partner and partner-to-MAST3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of T-helper 17 cell lineage commitment grouped by MAST3-low versus MAST3-high in STOMACH.
