Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAST3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 220 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAST3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDT1, PAX4, and SLC17A1. Each is linked with MAST3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAST3-to-partner and partner-to-MAST3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDT1 grouped by MAST3-low versus MAST3-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAST3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAST3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
