MAST2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAST2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,967 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAST2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PCOLCE, AGO1, and EEPD1. Each is linked with MAST2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAST2-to-partner and partner-to-MAST2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAST2 versus PCOLCE in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAST2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAST2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
