Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAST2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,804 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAST2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYP27C1, RPS26P20, and PDGFRL. Each is linked with MAST2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAST2-to-partner and partner-to-MAST2 results are reported.
