Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAST2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,770 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAST2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SDHB, RFC5, and BUB3. Each is linked with MAST2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAST2-to-partner and partner-to-MAST2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SDHB grouped by MAST2-low versus MAST2-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAST2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAST2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
