Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAST2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 61 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAST2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, INPP4B, and PDK1_pS241. Each is linked with MAST2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAST2-to-partner and partner-to-MAST2 results are reported.
