MAST2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAST2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,788 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAST2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SRSF4, SRSF11, and HECTD3. Each is linked with MAST2 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAST2-to-partner and partner-to-MAST2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAST2 versus SRSF4 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAST2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAST2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
