Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAST2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,512 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAST2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytosolic transport, Negative regulation of DNA-templated transcription initiation, and Regulation of centriole-centriole cohesion. Each is linked with MAST2 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAST2-to-partner and partner-to-MAST2 results are reported.
