Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAST2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 586 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAST2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FMO1, BCL7A, and PPIAL4F. Each is linked with MAST2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAST2-to-partner and partner-to-MAST2 results are reported.
