Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MASP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,979 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MASP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are BRD1, PNN, and NFAT5. Each is linked with MASP2 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MASP2-to-partner and partner-to-MASP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MASP2 versus BRD1 in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MASP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MASP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
