MASP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MASP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,650 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MASP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZNF704_S77, LRRC47_S431, and S100A9. Each is linked with MASP2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MASP2-to-partner and partner-to-MASP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MASP2 versus ZNF704_S77 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MASP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MASP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
