MASP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MASP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,301 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MASP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are C4orf46, SNORD90, and RPL17P50. Each is linked with MASP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MASP2-to-partner and partner-to-MASP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C4orf46 grouped by MASP2-low versus MASP2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MASP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MASP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
