Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MASP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,334 significant associations in total. KIRP shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MASP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAOB, METTL7A, and TMEM47. Each is linked with MASP1 in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MASP1-to-partner and partner-to-MASP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MASP1 versus MAOB in SARC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MASP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MASP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
