Across TCGA patient cohorts, MASP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,249 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MASP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CAB39L, TNS2, and BCHE. Each is linked with MASP1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MASP1-to-partner and partner-to-MASP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MASP1 versus CAB39L in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.
