Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MASP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,817 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MASP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL6, DIPK2B, and SOCS3. Each is linked with MASP1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MASP1-to-partner and partner-to-MASP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MASP1 versus IL6 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MASP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MASP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
