Across TCGA cell cohorts, MASP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,652 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MASP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein exit from endoplasmic reticulum, ERAD pathway, and Endoplasmic reticulum to cytosol transport. Each is linked with MASP1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MASP1-to-partner and partner-to-MASP1 results are reported.
