MARVELD3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MARVELD3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,365 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MARVELD3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ESRP2, ST14, and CDH1. Each is linked with MARVELD3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARVELD3-to-partner and partner-to-MARVELD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MARVELD3 versus ESRP2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MARVELD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MARVELD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
