Across TCGA patient cohorts, MARVELD3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MARVELD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSH2, Annexin-1, and Caspase-8. Each is linked with MARVELD3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARVELD3-to-partner and partner-to-MARVELD3 results are reported.
