MARS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MARS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,576 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MARS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POLR1E, WDR75, and ORC3. Each is linked with MARS2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARS2-to-partner and partner-to-MARS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MARS2 versus POLR1E in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MARS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MARS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
