MARS2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MARS2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,092 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MARS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNRIP1, HPGDS, and ATP8B4. Each is linked with MARS2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARS2-to-partner and partner-to-MARS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MARS2 versus CNRIP1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.47.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MARS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MARS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
