MARS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MARS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,315 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MARS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4672, RNA5SP79, and CALM1P2. Each is linked with MARS2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARS2-to-partner and partner-to-MARS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4672 grouped by MARS2-low versus MARS2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MARS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MARS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
