Across TCGA cell cohorts, MARS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,299 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MARS2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial large ribosomal subunit assembly, Mitochondrial RNA metabolic process, and Ribosomal large subunit assembly. Each is linked with MARS2 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARS2-to-partner and partner-to-MARS2 results are reported.
