Across TCGA patient cohorts, MARK4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,837 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MARK4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRIM28, PPP5C, and DBN1. Each is linked with MARK4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARK4-to-partner and partner-to-MARK4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MARK4 versus TRIM28 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
