Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MARK4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,888 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MARK4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TLR10, RASGRP3, and TNR. Each is linked with MARK4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARK4-to-partner and partner-to-MARK4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MARK4 versus TLR10 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MARK4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MARK4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
