MARK4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MARK4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MARK4-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, INPP4B, and Ku80. Each is linked with MARK4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARK4-to-partner and partner-to-MARK4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by MARK4-low versus MARK4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MARK4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MARK4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
