Across TCGA cell cohorts, MARK4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,169 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MARK4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein localization to centrosome, Negative regulation of calcium ion export across plasma membrane, and Regulation of organelle assembly. Each is linked with MARK4 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARK4-to-partner and partner-to-MARK4 results are reported.
