Across TCGA cell cohorts, MARK4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MARK4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TEX43, MS4A2, and MRGPRX1. Each is linked with MARK4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARK4-to-partner and partner-to-MARK4 results are reported.
