MARK3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MARK3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,852 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MARK3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP4R3A, MTA1, and CDC42BPB. Each is linked with MARK3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARK3-to-partner and partner-to-MARK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MARK3 versus PPP4R3A in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MARK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MARK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
