Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MARK3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,108 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MARK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are EIF5, PSMC1, and CINP. Each is linked with MARK3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARK3-to-partner and partner-to-MARK3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MARK3 versus EIF5 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MARK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MARK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
