MARK3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MARK3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MARK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are STAT3_pY705, CD49b, and eIF4E. Each is linked with MARK3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARK3-to-partner and partner-to-MARK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, STAT3_pY705 grouped by MARK3-low versus MARK3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MARK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MARK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
