Across TCGA cell cohorts, MARK3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,643 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MARK3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process, Microtubule nucleation, and Establishment of mitotic spindle localization. Each is linked with MARK3 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARK3-to-partner and partner-to-MARK3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process grouped by MARK3-low versus MARK3-high in OESOPHAGUS.
