Across TCGA cell cohorts, MARK3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MARK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRR23B, SLC10A2, and FTMT. Each is linked with MARK3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARK3-to-partner and partner-to-MARK3 results are reported.
